Salato is the only project of its kind currently rising on the Pompano Beach oceanfront — boutique in scale, uncompromising in execution, the result of a rare collaboration between Randall Stofft, Steven G., and KAST.
A building of this caliber doesn't need photography. It needs image-making — work that holds its own beside the architecture and the interiors, and that gives Douglas Elliman and IMI the fluency to sell the remaining residences and to define the building's identity for years beyond delivery.
What follows is a proposal for that work.
Twilight photography is included at no additional charge as part of the full commission.
Pompano Beach Airpark sits less than two miles from 305 Briny, placing the site inside restricted airspace. Drone work is not permissible without an FAA waiver, which is rarely granted along this corridor. The plan compensates with elevated terrace and rooftop perspectives, beachside framing, and architectural lensing that gives the building its full scale and oceanfront posture — without aerial coverage.
Each image color-corrected, lens-corrected, and retouched to architectural standard. Delivered via private gallery in both web-optimized and print-resolution formats. Full usage rights extended to U.S. Development, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, and IMI Worldwide for the duration of the marketing and resale cycle.
100% payment required to confirm booking and lock in shoot dates. Proposal valid for thirty days.
